I have embarked on this adventure because of a funny story. I, quite often, come up with strange ideas of things to make for dinner. I jokingly call them Lady V's Redneck Recipes. Well after a while of hearing me call my craziness this name, my friends and family jokingly told me to write a cookbook. That's silly. So I thought. The more I thought of it the more I wanted to say, "Yeah! Why not?!" I mean people buy some of the most ridiculous things these days. What's wrong with my ideas? Other's like them or find them amusing so I'm gunna do it! Hang on folks! Here we go!
